Of the many cities we visited in the French Riviera, Saint-Paul de Vance, located to the north between Antibes and Nice is my favorite place. Imagine, a tiny village situated on a hill, this medieval relic has incredible natural scenery. From behind the thick stone wall that surrounded the Saint Paul-as a defense against Italy in the past, we can see the green grove of trees and vineyards in the foothills. Meanwhile, around the village, our eyes will be pampered with a variety of galleries, churches, hotels, cafes to small stalls selling souvenirs or local traditional dishes that still retain the authenticity of the stone buildings in the past.
